After you sent your application, our recruiter will make a first selection out of all received applications. In this pre-screening, we want to be sure that your competences and skills match the requirements of the position. Our requite will share the results of the pre-screening with you by e-mail or by phone. You will receive an invite for a first job interview when you are one of the candidates we would like to talk to.
When you left a positive impression after this first job interview you will be invited for a second meeting. For some jobs we will ask you to do an assessment. After each interview, you will be informed about the next steps.
We finalize the application process with a working conditions conversation when we both are enthusiastic about working together. A successful screening procedure culminates in your signing a contract. Your start-up will be prepared intensively with the definition of an onboarding program that will ensure your integration in your new position and in our company.
