Corporate Governance Code

Royal Agrifirm Group voluntarily applies the Corporate Governance Code. The Supervisory Board and the Executive Board have committed to the Council of Members that they will give substance to the Corporate Governance Structure and that they will comply with the Code. The voluntary application means that the Code can be tailored to Agrifirm Group BV and its cooperative character. Any deviations from the Code will be supported by a sound rationale for the benefit of the Council of Members. Substantial changes will be submitted to the Council of Members. In addition, we have an Ethical Business Code of Conduct and a Whistleblower Scheme. Together with our core values this reflects how we work and what we stand for. It guides us in everything we do and ensures that there is an optimal connection with the requirements and needs of our customers.

Whistleblower Scheme

Royal Agrifirm Group considers it desirable that every employee can internally report any (suspected) situations of abuse within or in relation to us without any fear for the employee's own position.
